Even American heroes are not above the law. After Joe Jackson confessed before grand jury, mobs of men and boys crowded around him while walked to his car. They cried, “Say it ain’t so Joe,” Jackson never replied. The “Black Sox” will always now refer to the 8 men of the 1919 World Series.
