…showed last 75 words of 2592 total…but in reality was guiding his administration and the states to move the Indians by any means necessary. He allowed this by letting the states pass legislation, which broke down the Indians councils and laws that stayed within the states. Which was meant to harass the Indians and force them to move because of the worsening conditions the Indians would have to live under by staying within the states, subject to that states laws.
