…showed last 75 words of 380 total…expensive. The government must send the authenticated ballots abroad then send it back again. The result of the election also can be delayed because the Comelec will have to wait for the ballots from abroad for final tally.
I know that there are many Filipinos abroad have the passion to choose the right person for the position. But if they want to vote, the only solution is to go home here and exercise their rights.
