Affirmative Action was developed with good intentions, of that I have no doubt. However, I don’t believe Affirmative Action policies have been entirely beneficial. I have trouble seeing this issue with out bias, because I believe Affirmative Action in and of itself is a form of prejudice. It is the direct opposite of equality and fairness, which is precisely what it aimed to achieve. Nevertheless I did my best to accurately assess the pros

It seems to me Affirmative Action was created to ease the guilt of the fortunate, but everyone has struggles and obstacles and I believe wealth and power are things earned and available to anyone willing to fight for them. I would also like to point out the inevitability that sooner or later there will be a shift in power. Minorities will become the majority, but who will promote social programs for the white man?
