It began in areas that had an abundance of food so it just came to them. Without it, civilization would not be what it is today. Agriculture led to advances such as, technology, settlement, and government.

Agriculture is a very important step in the advancement of civilization, as we know it. Out of it came important advances such as various technologies, writing, and settlement. Now the first seed that was planted can be appreciated even more for all that it started.
