The Roaring Twenties can be considered the modern times. Their culture greatly compares to that of today’s. Economically, the 1920s boomed. The literary works of this period was motivated by the hypocrisy of the period. Great authors such as Earnest Hemmingway and F. Scott Fitzgerald emerged. Entertainment grew in this time also. The advertisement, music, journalism and sports were all developing. There is no doubt that this period was of totally new culture.
