Most Northern papers can be trusted on this subject because they had special correspondents at blockade-running bases. Everyone had there own opinion about the “Anaconda Plan”. Some believed it was successful and others believed that is was a waste of time/never existed. I believe it was a great strategy and helped us win the civil war.
