The Apollo Program
The Apollo program was the successful conclusion of the U.S. effort to set, the
worlds goal of landing a man on the Moon and returning him safely to Earth. It followed
the Geminii manned-flight program in 1966 through 67 to develop the necessary
techniques of orbiting, docking, and extravehicular activity in only two yrs. I’m surprised
nothing went wrong 2yrs doesn’t seem like enough training time to go to the moon .
