Knowing why something happened will help determine the necessary actions needed to prevent the violent act from occurring again. Creating a prevention plan that works with the community will also help solve the problem. However, the key player in solving the problem will be enforcing the prevention plan and adjusting it so that it is tailored to work with the uniqueness of every situation and the individuals involved.
