Some insiders of the Court are probably upset with Lazarus for giving out too much information on how the Court operates but these are the same people that created the problems inside the Court. After reading this book and learning a lot, about how our legal system operates, I will be very careful not to get involved in a case that could be decided because of a clerk’s opinion on a swing vote Justice.
