<Tab/>In conclusion peer mediation seems like it's a more in depth version of negotiation because in both conflict resolutions, the resolution is compromised and no one loses as a result. Both being a win-win situation just that in one there is the addition of peer to aid in the conflict which creates an even better resolution to the conflict of interest.
