Opposition To the Death Penalty
The death penalty should be outlawed in the United States. Capital punishment has been around for thousands of years. Many Americans today see it as a justification for the murder of another. But the problem is there are many flaws in our court system when it comes to death penalty. The death penalty should be abolished in this country because it’s racial discrimination, the financial cost and barbarity.

to die. The so-called phrase “eye for an eye” doesn’t solve anything and doesn’t deter anyone from killing again. I know killing is wrong, but a harsher punishment for a murder is life-imprisonment, which most Americans would support over the death penalty. The United States court system is giving these criminals and easier way out by giving them death as opposed to spending the rest of their lives here on earth, in prison
