avoid the suffering of emotions, then why are there still so many people who do suffer from emotions?” This answer is simple. These people are still suffering because they are either too afraid or too complacent to try and free themselves of suffering. It is easier to never try and criticize, than to actually discipline yourself to follow the extremely difficult and uncharted path towards self-actualization and serenity.
