Beauty shops are located all over major cities and in small towns. In the small town of Washington, Oklahoma, there is a beauty shop located in a house; my house. My mother is a beautician and owns her own beauty shop in our house. As you can see there are many different ways to change and style your hair. It is often a hard decision to make, but hair stylists have good job security. It’s amazing how people with straight hair want curly hair and vice versa. People are particular and sometimes hard to please when it comes to their hair, but as my mom says, “ I’m a beautician, not a magician.”
