fetus is a human being and a person is from Aristotle’s point of view. According to Aristotle, because the fetus will form/become a person it is a person and a human being. For our conception of a person, it carries a soul. For Aristotle, a soul is the form of what a human being is, therefore, because he does not make the distinction between human beings and persons they are the same thing.
