quite similar with Hong Kong, most of the families have 2 or 3 children. Finally, I think the British care about the ¡§family day¡¨ more than the people in Hong Kong, for example, they usually have a big lunch with their family on Sunday afternoon, but in Hong Kong, because many people are very busy even in the weekend, therefore they might not have a chance to have a meal with their family even once a week.
