Many of the Faster, Better, Cheaper, management concepts implemented by Dan Goldin are concepts and theories that we studied in Organizational Behavior. Employee empowerment from the bottom up and teamwork are two of the most important concepts that an effective manager can implement. If and when I become a manager my primary focus will be on these two concepts.
