It is true that gambling is an enjoyable form of entertainment for many, but the social cost of allowing the expansion of gambling in Victoria has become too great. This said, it is clear that the number of gambling opportunities need to be drastically reduced in an earnest attempt to combat this increasingly prevalent concern.
