In the story Hamlet, by William Shakespeare, Hamlet is looked at as being mad and crazy because of his vengeance on his uncle. However, Hamlet himself is putting on an act as if he was mad, which in fact he has total control of himself. In this play Hamlet struggles to find who he can trust and not trust. Three characters in the play that had an impact on Hamlet are: Claudius, Gertrude, and Horatio.

father’s murder, which Horatio supports Hamlet in doing, the final outcome all depends on Hamlet’s decision in serving justice to the state of Denmark. The end of the play ends tragically with the majority of the royal family either killed or committing suicide. But the ending serves justice with Horatio remaining alive to tell the truth of what really happened. Hamlet succeeds his task and dies feeling secure of his actions.
