Herland vs. The Great Gatsby

Most societies as a whole resemble that of the society in The Great Gatsby. A society in modern times could not be based solely on that of Utopianism. Although the world would be a better place if it were a Utopia, it could never happen because “Man is innately evil” as explained in the novel, Lord of the Flies. All in all, Gilman’s, love all, society proves to triumph over Gatsby’s.
