…showed last 75 words of 1091 total…diffidence, and glory can all be explained by societies role in our lives. Once we feel our livelihood is threatened we would want to stomp it out. Once we are convinced other want what we have we arm ourselves. Thirdly, once we find that we can impress others and immortalize ourselves through besting others we attain the notion of glory. All of these come from society. Pity and self interest come from somewhere much deeper.
