I had to play it cool, mom had asked me what the smoke in the room was from, I didn’t hesitate at all in making something up to protect my dear Holden. Thank God, she left, I quickly asked Holden what he wanted to do, but he insisted on leaving right there. Boy has he got some nerve doing that. Oh well, we parted again, feeling much better after the visit.
