do in fact lead to misery and conflict without ever bringing a true resolve. To achieve the best possible resolve to conflict interdependency is crucial. Good-will can create allies which will only increase a nation’s power.
My answer to “what should be” involves security and prosperity for all people. Whoever can deliver this has ultimate power. This world may never be perfect, but like horseshoes and hand-grenades, it makes a difference to come close.
