had to leave behind the people that cared about them, had to feel all the pain of knowing that they were going to war. Would I be able to kill?
This photograph reached out to me with all of the life that the bodies lacked, it beckoned me to think, to realize the ugliness of death. And in just a fraction of moment, all of these questions raced through me, feelings surged, and life froze.
