If being accused of a crime, you rely on your constitutional right to legal representation and that is equivalent to a conviction, is democracy then subverted? Is their justice for an individual who’ s real crime is not having an extra ,000 dollars. No, that is not justice by definition that is being a casualty of free enterprise.
