During the Second World War the Japanese Canadians had lost their properties and possessions, were persecuted because of their ethnic background and were victims of many crimes committed against them. The violation of human rights against Japanese Canadians during the Second World War was abominably horrible. The Japanese Canadians were treated horribly during the early 1940’s.
