It has shown who is affected, why they are treated differently and types of juveniles that are affected. All in all, juvenile justice serves a purpose, to look out for the needs of those who can’t distinguish criminal acts by themselves. It does however, deter from the fact of punishment because we allow people to be treated differently, because of age.
