On October 31, I attended the Nappy Roots concert at Millet Hall. The whole gymnasium was packed with people who came with the intention of having a great time listening to quality Rap music. I can also say I went to a musical event of my liking and learned at the same time, which doesn’t happen a lot. Overall I had a wonderful time and when I walked away I had a smile on my face, along with the thousands of other people. This is the beautiful thing that music can do.
