Napster is a music sharing program freely downloaded from the Internet. It allows you to search for song titles and download them to your computer into files called mp3’s. The music industry hasn’t come up with any kind of suggestion on how to deal with the new technology. I would think it would be in their best interest to adopt some kind of plan like this or the free music trading on the Internet will probably never end.
