Merriam Webster defines objectivity as expressing or dealing with facts or conditions as perceived without distortion by personal feelings, prejudices, or interpretations. I believe it is not possible for a journalist to be objective because there is always a certain biased that is going to be presented in an article by a journalist. I believe as long as human beings gather and disseminate the news; subjectivity will be the rule, not the exception.
