“Of Mice and Men”, the novel by John Steinbaeck, is about two men’s struggle to achieve their dream. It doesn’t say much about society if the good people are killed and the nasty people, such as Curley, are allowed to live. Nevertheless I think George was right in shooting him. Had Lennie been allowed to live he would have been a danger to himself and the people around him.
