In the 1800’s slavery was the most treacherous degrading and spiteful act ever forced on any human being in the United States. Stripping an individual of equality, education, and freedom because of their skin color is something that America was accustomed to during this time. …showed last 75 words of 1687 total…that there should have been many other approaches to deal with all the issues I have discussed in this paper. I also think it to be rather ironic that a society that was established for men and women to be free, was a complete lie, and virtually took a complete 180 from what it was supposed to be established on. Hopefully by now we understand that these injustices are wrong and that history never repeats itself.
