…showed last 75 words of 275 total…We aren’t certain about what our day will bring when we awake in the morning. We aren’t certain if the Stock Market is going to go up, go down, or fall like it did in the early 1920’s. The principle of uncertainty… It’s life.
And, thus it is with our constitution, even that is not certain; even that is not permanent. Franklin said it years ago… and today, it still holds true.
