Imagine this scenario, someone has just spent the last year of their life working on
an invention, then imagine someone else taking that invention and releasing it with their
name. This scenario is much like the epidemic facing students and their writing. In our
society today, taking credit for another person’s work is considered alright. This disease
not only affects high school and college students, it is also becoming a problem with
seasoned writers.
