Overall, I think this poem is trying to help a person understand that he/she should not base their lives on what other people think, they should look at their “reflection,” accept it, and live life to the fullest. Do not waste time trying to please everyone else, or you may wake up and see and old man/woman in the mirror, and realize life has passed you by. Word Count: 1133
