Romeo and Juliet movie critique
For this assignment, I watched Romeo and Juliet with Rudolph Nureyev and Margot Fonteyn. This filmed dance was taped in 1966 and everything from the costumes to the sets made it seem very dated. But, the question was "did the filmmaker capture the dance and how" and below is my opinion on the question. …showed last 75 words of 323 total…and I couldn't really see them good because they were moving very fast, it should have been filmed so at certain pints when the dancers weren’t moving you could see the expressions. All in all, I think I would have preferred to see this filmed dance in real life because of the way the shooting was. There was a lot of elements from the motion picture dance definition that was missed in this film
