These stories must be recommended to anyone wanting to read works engulfed in magic while also having deep religious ties. I believe the authors, goals are to entertain with magic while relaying religious facts that would be relevant during the time written, which is brilliantly done in the stories “Coldfeet and the Queen of Lonesome Island” and “The Venerable Bede”
