Until the fall of Communism in 1989, Russia still carried the harsh identity projected by Joseph Stalin. Distrust of the Russians, while fading, still remains. Joseph Stalin will never be forgotten, both by the world he changed and the countless millions of families whose lives were personally changed by Stalin.
