Switzerland acknowledges the problems that Africa faces and offers her condolences. We wish to see an end to the trade barrier problem that Africa is facing. Perhaps when Africa works to eliminate debt in the 'step-up' training program, it would encourage them to export products needed on the international market. This problem must be solved on multiple fronts and cannot be tackled by a single country. Switzerland will remain dedicated to seeing the end of this problem in Africa, but wishes to voice our concern in maintaining the national sovereignty of nations.
