I read The Outsiders for a book report. It is a great book!
The book I chose for my report was the fifties setting novel The Outsiders. I chose The Outsiders because I had read Rumble Fish, which is of the same basic genre and they are both written by S. E. think about this book and it has been over 2 weeks since I read it. The book made me sad at times, happy at times, but always thoughtful. A quote I would choose from this book to describe these feelings is “Stay Gold” the last thing that Johnny said to Ponyboy. I will remember the spirit of The Outsiders. I will remember how engrossed I got into the story and how the characters appealed to me.
