one lane was filled with pot holes for a mile long. As a result, the whole trip, usually took 30 minutes, wasted 3 hours of my time. I began to wonder why this happened: if one adjacent highway shut down, why was construction also performing on the other only route? The City should be a little more considerate than that.
I suggest the following solutions: Build more over-head passageways, avoid any kind of highway construction before Midnight.
