…showed last 75 words of 2006 total…modern day life there is still a largely unchanged feeling that war is a gratuitous waste of life and that there should always be another option which should be explored fully before countries engage in armed conflict against each other. There is also a disturbingly large proportion of the country who are experiencing a resurgence of old nationalism, it worries me that it may once again be regarded as Dulce et decorum pro patria mori.
