Buddha’s journey began by cutting off his long hair and disposing of his royal cloth.. Along his journey into the forest, he met wise men that taught him that meditation was the key to reach supreme enlightenment. Even then, Buddha was not satisfied with what he had learned, and continued to search for the ultimate enlightenment.
