First amendment under the circumstance that the form of speech is not regarded as disruptive of public order. The promotion of all people being informed of such knowledge is the most beneficial way of handling hate crimes within universities and other schools for that matter. Speech limitation will not prevent such crimes, it will merely expose the liabilities of the first amendment. Speech is protected to its apex, whether people know it or not.
