The Magna Carta also handled with the court
and justice system. It declared “To none
will we sell, to none deny or delay, right or
justice.” This article says that every man will
be granted their trial, and no one could say
otherwise. The magna Carta was certainly
the “genuine article” and gave England’s
people more freedom and liberty. It granted
people to live peacefully, and not be bullied
around by their king.
