People say that losing a loved one is a great tragedy. I believed them but never realized the horror of it. Death was something beyond my understanding until March 3rd, 1997. …showed last 75 words of 640 total…it did, everything just went down the drain. For some time, I was shocked, just as, Barry was shocked. But I knew I couldn’t just hide away forever in my pain, and let it eat me up. I had to realize that I shouldn’t throw my life away, likewise, Kevin realized, that he needed to move on. I opened myself up to my loved ones. I gave them a key to my heart.
