General Wesley K. Clark was born in Chicago on December 23, 1944, and grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1962, he graduated from Hall High School. When he was seventeen he applied and was accepted to West Point and graduated in 1966 as top of class. He also earned a Master's Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University and received the Rhodes scholar award.
